Privacy policy
Privacy information for the contact form, security logs and optional website analytics used on huszaradam.hu.
Effective: 12 August 2026.
1. Controller

2. Contact and proposal requests
Data processed: name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry type, message, acknowledgement of this policy and the technical submission timestamp.
Purpose: responding to enquiries, making contact, preparing a proposal and taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The checkbox is not marketing consent; it confirms that the sender has read this policy.
Retention: up to 12 months after the enquiry is closed or the last substantive communication, unless a contract, legal claim or statutory obligation requires longer retention.
Name, email address, enquiry type and message are required in order to respond. The form cannot be submitted without them.
3. Security and abuse prevention
The server may process the IP address and limited browser identification data to detect spam or malicious submissions, apply rate limits and investigate security events. Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in operating the website and email securely. Rate-limit records are short-lived; security event logs are retained for no longer than 30 days unless a specific incident requires investigation.
4. Google Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics loads only after the visitor gives explicit permission. Its purpose is to produce aggregated traffic and usage statistics.
The service may process browser and device information, approximate location, page-view and session data, and may place a _ga cookie. Legal basis: consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
The browser’s local storage remembers the decision. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. If declined, the analytics code is not loaded.
5. Recipients and processors
- — The hosting and email provider used to operate the website may access data to the extent technically necessary.
- — If analytics is accepted, the Google Analytics provider acts as a processor. Contact data is not sold and is not used for newsletters or automated profiling.
6. Data transfers
Contact information reaches the controller primarily through the email infrastructure. If Google Analytics is enabled, Google’s data-processing terms and international transfer safeguards also apply.
7. Your rights

- — request rectification, erasure or restriction;
- — request data portability where applicable;
- — object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- — withdraw analytics consent at any time.
Requests are normally answered within one month. Where identity is reasonably in doubt, additional information may be requested to confirm it.
8. Complaints and remedies
You are encouraged to contact the controller first. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) and seek judicial remedy.
