Privacy policy
Privacy information for the contact form, security logs, optional website analytics and advertising conversion measurement used on huszaradam.hu.

1. Controller

2. Contact and proposal requests
Data processed: name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry type, optional free-text message, acknowledgement of this policy and the technical submission timestamp.
Purpose: responding to enquiries, making contact, preparing a proposal and taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The checkbox is not marketing consent; it confirms that the sender has read this policy.
Retention: up to 12 months after the enquiry is closed or the last substantive communication, unless a contract, legal claim or statutory obligation requires longer retention.
Name, email address and enquiry type are required in order to respond. The free-text note and phone number are optional.
3. Security and abuse prevention
The server may process the IP address and limited browser identification data to detect spam or malicious submissions, apply rate limits and investigate security events. Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in operating the website and email securely. Rate-limit records are short-lived; security event logs are retained for no longer than 30 days unless a specific incident requires investigation.
4. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and cookies
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are activated only after the visitor gives explicit permission. Google Analytics supports aggregated traffic and usage statistics, while the Meta Pixel helps measure visits from Meta ads and successful project enquiries.
These services may process browser and device information, approximate location, page-view, session and campaign data, and may place _ga, _fbp or related cookies. Legal basis: consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
The browser’s local storage remembers the decision. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. If declined, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are not activated and related measurement cookies are removed where technically possible.
5. Recipients and processors
- — The hosting and email provider used to operate the website may access data to the extent technically necessary.
- — If measurement is accepted, the providers of Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may participate in processing under their respective terms. Contact data is not sold and is not used for newsletters or automated decision-making.
6. Data transfers
Contact information reaches the controller primarily through the email infrastructure. If Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel is enabled, the relevant Google or Meta data-processing terms and international transfer safeguards may also apply.
7. Your rights

- — withdraw analytics and advertising measurement consent at any time.
Requests are normally answered within one month. Where identity is reasonably in doubt, additional information may be requested to confirm it.
8. Complaints and remedies
You are encouraged to contact the controller first. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) and seek judicial remedy.
